Another mind-bender is that most of the people who delightfully returned the favor never even asked for the identity of the unknown professor. Sound weird? Not really. They just just wanted to show thanks. In a nutshell, they received value from his holiday greeting card and automatically sent one back without hesitation.

The law of RECIPROCATION.
The rule states that we should try to re-pay, in some form or another, what another person has provided for us. If a person sends you a greeting card, you send one back. If someone does you a favor, you should do one in return. From a network marketers stand-point, if you provide value and knowledge in your marketing, the prospect will naturally want to return the favor either by opting into your list, purchasing a product, or personally joining your team for financial freedom.
By the natural law of reciprocation, we are obligated to the future re-payment of gifts, value, knowledge, and invitations. When you provide enough knowledge for people to walk away feeling alive and more valuable in the world, you are activating the rule of reciprocation. It’s awesome!
